Leeds won the 2021/2022 Summer Vets League. Global finished second and Crusaders third.

With the addition of 5 new teams (Warriors 1, Old Parks 2, Highlands Park A, Highlands Park B and Drunken Pandas), it has been decided that the league will be split into Division 1 and Division 2.

The top 2 teams of Division 2 will be automatically promoted to Division 1, while the bottom 2 teams of Division 1 will be relegated.

There is a possibility of play-outs between 3rd from the bottom of Division 1, and 3rd classified of Division 2, but just like the new League Cup format, this will be decided in the future.
